Mandarin Pastoral Search

Agape Chinese Alliance Church (www.agapecac.org) in San Diego, California is searching for an Mandarin Pastor to lead the Mandarin-speaking congregation in fulfilling the Great Commission in San Diego and beyond.

Agape Church is composed of 3 language-specific congregations with 75+ members. Our Senior Pastor along with a team of committed and faithful lay leaders lead a number of weekly fellowship groups and serve in various ministry teams such as worship, seniors, adults, youth, and children Sunday school.

A Bachelor’s degree in church ministry is required and a Master’s degree from a theological seminary is preferred. Candidate needs to speak and preach in Mandarin fluently, and knowing Cantonese will be a plus but not required. The Candidate must have at least 1 year of full-time ministry experience in North America. Candidate needs to be licensed or eligible for licensing with the South Pacific District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
